Q: Are utilities included in the rent?
A: We pay water / sewer / and trash and gas and electric are your responsibility.
Q: Are there washers / dryers in the apartments?
A: 3 of the 4 units in this klamath falls apartment have full washers and dryers included. Plus, there is a laundromat 1 block away… so even if you move into the 1bedroom unit that doesn’t have a washer / dryer… you’re a 60 second walk to the laundromat.
Q: How is the parking onsite?
A: There are 2 parking spaces for each unit. The 2bedroom units each have a 1 car garage plus 1 space in the driveway… one of the 1bedroom units has a carport too!
Q: Do I have to sign a year lease?
A: All contracts are month to month contracts… but if you want to sign a year lease there may be special incentives to do so. Just inquire.
Q: How close are the apartments to OIT and Sky Lakes Hospital?
A: These apartments are a 2 minute drive to the OIT campus and Sky Lakes Hospital. Plus, you’re a 60 second drive in the other direction to Klamath Lake and Moore Park.
